Women & Radiohead has been rescheduled for Tuesday, November 1

The Women &… Series is the brainchild of local musicians Lindsay Holler and Hazel Ketchum, who perform and handpick the remaining roster of talent. The series regularly draws a diversity of Charleston’s female vocalists to interpret each artist’s hits in their own ways. So far the series has featured the works of Tom Waits, Neil Young, David Bowie and Bob Dylan.

Vocalists for the series include Lindsay Holler, Hazel Ketchum, McKenzie Eddy, Jordan Igoe and Zandrina Dunning. A special feature of the Women & Radiohead show will be its supporting band—Entropy Ensemble.

Entropy Ensemble was formed in 2009 by Andrew Walker, Charleston Arts Festival’s Founder and Creative Director. The group is known for performing original and existing instrumental music that blurs genres and highlights the talents of its varied musicians. In 2012, the group went on a national tour, performing their inventive Radiohead-inspired project at venues from coast to coast – at one point returning to Charleston to play alongside renowned pianist and NPR host Christopher O’Riley. Women & Radiohead marks Entropy Ensemble’s triumphant return to the stage.

Walker will act as Women & Radiohead’s Music Director, arranging the evening in the vein of Radiohead’s shows and paying strict tribute to their live music style of seamless performances.
