BACARDI SPONSORSHIP PROPOSAL
In its milestone second iteration, Charleston Arts Festival will once again celebrate cross-discipline collaboration and seek to challenge artists and attendees.
Charleston Arts Festival 2017 will feature Lowcountry luminaries working across artistic genres including music, dance, visual arts, and spoken word to create a multi-week festival at venues across the Peninsula while celebrating all things creative.
Throughout the festival, attendees will be able to immerse themselves in singular experiences that draw from a variety of artistic fields. Charleston Arts Festival will celebrate creators of all types in seeking to bridge the gap between artist intention and audience expectation.
As an extension of its uber-successful JAIL BREAK series, the Charleston Arts Festival will take over the Royal American for its Halloween-crazed Finale. The gates will rip open at 4:00 PM with insanity reigning until 11:00 PM.
Musical acts will be Matadero, Beach Tiger, Benjamin Starr & Guests, and headliner Brave Baby. DJ Sista Misses will be spinning throughout the evening. These musical performances will be complemented with interludes by the troupe of Dance Lab as well as by visual art displays, a costume contest, and other interactive festivities.

Charleston Arts Festival welcomes the opportunity for Bacardi to become a presenting sponsor of this year’s HALLOWEEN FINALE at The Royal American. This will afford Bacardi the opportunity to feature products at this exciting event in a thematic and creative manner.
As part of your sponsorship, Charleston Arts Festival offers the following opportunities for promotions of Bacardi:
Placement of Bacardi name/or logo on all print and digital and promotional materials
Announcement on stage(s) as sponsor throughout all the FINALE
Inclusion of Bacardi name/or logo and description on our website throughout the lead-up to the festival
Inclusion of Bacardi name/or logo and a shout-out on relevant event newsletters that go out through partner entities: Charleston Magazine (30,000 subscribers) PURE Theatre (3,400 subscribers), Charleston Music Hall (30,000 subscribers), Charleston Arts Festival (8,000) and the Charleston City Paper.
Promotional mentions of Bacardi in social media posts with logo, link or your company’s social media handle when space permits
Opportunities for branded materials, eg cups, wristbands, napkins (TBD)
Projection of Bacardi logo within venues, before and between performances
Sponsorship Summary: $2,5000 cash investment + Product. This sponsorship ask is congruent with provision of staging, lighting, and sound production for the Charleston Arts Festival FINALE.
